My students create patterns ALL the time. I usually have the pieces ready to go so assembly goes smoothly. I recently brought one of my dip trays (I guess that is what you call it?) to school for another activity. BUT... I saw it while I was prepping centers. AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY!
My students did so well at this center. Clean up was even easier! I highly recommend trying this the next time you make patterns with your kids.
{Just to save my time later, these pieces are from my Brown Bear Pattern Plus activities.}
Okay, now help me out. WHAT IS THIS TRAY THING CALLED?

Cute idea- thanks for sharing! (I think that is a veggie and dip tray).

ReplyDeleteI think that is what they are called, but I think some people call it something different. hummm...
DeleteLove that idea! And I agree - isn't it just a veggie/dip tray? Maybe there's a real name for it though - just like the tip of a shoelace is called an aglet lol!

Never knew that Jennifer! haha... but them again, I couldn't think of THIS word either. hehe
DeleteWhat a great idea! :)
ReplyDeleteI just found some in the clearance section of Wal Mart for $1 - I bought 2, but now I think I need more! Thanks for the idea! :)
