I am excited... super excited. Dr. Jean asked me to work with her on this activity called Nursery Rhyme Juke Box. We are teaming up to give bring this AWESOME Nursery Rhyme pack.
(Can you tell this is a dream come true for me!?!)
How do you use this?
Introduce the rhymes one at a time and place them in the box. When the children know
several rhymes then you can pretend to give a child a quarter. Tell them to, “Put it in
the juke box and pull out a rhyme.” Repeat the nursery rhyme that the child selects
together. Continue saying letting children choose rhymes.

I am so happy to have these done because I do not teach nursery rhymes as often as I need to, but this is a FUN and easy way to do it. I also created each CD to be colorful and visual for non reading students to use it without assistance.
How much do you LOVE Dr. Jean?
Let's send her some LOVE below by leaving her a sweet comment. I will make sure she gets them!

T.G.I.F. (Thank God it's First Grade!)
Dr. Jean is my hero! I love her music and use it every day to enhance my student learning. I had a chance to see one of her inspiring workshops about 3 years ago, and it was AWESOME! She was so kind during our lunch break. She hung around to answer questions and take pictures with everyone. I still have the photo on the side of my filing cabinet as inspiration on cloudy days. :)
