I am torn with this upcoming week... do I do normal work centers with Valentine's Day on a Tuesday or do I opt for the alternative of Valentine Centers only on Valentine's day?

This is my writing center this week... I have fun paper and sentence strips I prepped with sayings. I also put a laminated candy heart boarder here because it has the conversation hearts with their sayings on it.(And they are all clean, written out sayings... not like the real candy hearts. )

So... I know I am doing Valentine Centers... but should I do them just for Valentine's Day or all week? What are your center plans with a fun holiday in the middle of the week?

ReplyDeleteI'm doing a little bit of both. I have one Language Arts center that is from my Valentine's Packet, and a few Valentine's Math work Stations. On Tuesday I don't do centers usually because I have ALL 32 at the same time. However, this Tuesday we will rotate through Valentine's centers. I only do centers monday, Wednesday and Thursday because we have early/late schedule those days and centers with 6 is so much nicer and productive than with 32.
